UniQue Home Audio LLC Return/Refund Policy 2023
· To be eligible for a full refund, a product must be returned within 7 days, in the unopened original packaging. If the product was opened there will be a 30% restocking fee. All opened returned items will be professionally inspected prior to refund less 30%. If a product is damaged or the refund is initiated after 7 days, you will not receive a refund.
· All items must be returned in original packaging, boxes, manuals, accessories, and/or remote controls.
· The buyer is 100% responsible for the total shipping costs of any returned item, which is not refundable. No exceptions will be made.
· Items can only be returned in “perfect condition.” No exceptions will be made.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If you received the wrong item, if the item is damaged or if the item is defective, you can contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make any necessary corrections. If you receive your item and the box looks damaged, please take a photo of the damage immediately and email it to us, before proceeding and opening the box.
Any physical or cosmetic defects reported 24 hours after receiving the item become the buyer’s responsibility.
